機床的主要特點 Main Characteristics
?機床采用德國西門子828D SL或發(fā)那科Oi-TD系統(tǒng)，伺服電機均由數(shù)字量控制，有很強的編程功能，可實現(xiàn)插補和聯(lián)動功能。
?二軸均由伺服電機驅(qū)動滾珠絲杠，傳動鏈簡單可靠，可實現(xiàn)無間隙、高靈敏度運動。
?機床可配置液壓薄膜夾具，液壓動力卡盤等，夾持精度高，裝卸工件方便。
?工件箱采用高箱度套簡主軸結(jié)構(gòu)，精度高，便于維修，工件主軸驅(qū)動由交流變頻電機經(jīng)過多楔帶作無極調(diào)速。
?砂輪主軸采用大功率、高剛性電動砂輪軸，由精止變頻器驅(qū)動。
?機床電箱為獨立電箱。
?Siemens 828D or Fanue Oi-c system is used.the servo motor controlled numerically has good programming capacity forinterpolation and linkage motion of axes.
?Gri wheel fed & reci.movement can be achieved by the serro motor through ball Ieadscew. thus ensuring gap elimination movement.
?Either hyd diaphragm chuck or hydraulically-operated chuck is available, thus ensufing high clamping accuracy & convenient loading.
?Cartridge-type workspindle is driver by AC freq conversion motor though poly-vkelt which its stepless speed-regulation can be performed by the freq inver
?High power & high rigidity electric gri wheel spindle is driven by a static frequency inverter.
?Independent electrical cabinet is used.
