 機(jī)床的主要特點(diǎn)MainCharacteristics ?M1320×500外圓磨床機(jī)床機(jī)構(gòu)靈巧、精度穩(wěn)定、磨削效率高。工件、砂輪。油泵和冷卻泵分別以單獨(dú)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)。 ?配置了液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)和電氣控制操作方便。具有精巧簡(jiǎn)廉特點(diǎn)，適宜于成批及大量生產(chǎn)車間，磨削圓柱形或圓錐形外圓工件。 ?本機(jī)床是在M1320的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其主要液壓部件有壓筒，快速進(jìn)退油缸、操縱箱、壓力閥板、油泵等作了重新設(shè)計(jì)。 ?工作臺(tái)面回轉(zhuǎn)角度從順時(shí)針3°，逆時(shí)針6°加大為順時(shí)針5°，逆時(shí)針9°。機(jī)床的外形方面也做了較大的改進(jìn)。 ?Withflexiblestructure,stableaccuracy&highgrindindeffciency.Workpiece,wheel,oil-pump,andcoolantpumparerespectivelydrivenbytheirindividualmotors. ?Ithashydraulicdrive,electriccontrolforconvenientoperation.Itissuitableforbatchandmassproductionforgrindingcylindricalorconicalworkpieces. ?ItisdesignedonthebaseofM1320,especiallyinmrovedforitshydrauliccylindeers,rapidadvance&withdrawalcylindercontrolbox,presure-valveboardandoilpump. ?TheswingangleofworktableisincreasedfromC.W.3°andC.C.W.6°toC.W.5°andC.C.W.9°.Theoverallappearanceofthemachineisalsoimproved.
