 機床的主要特點 Main Characteristics ? 機床床身采用優(yōu)質鑄件澆鑄，剛性好，結構穩(wěn)，變形小; 機床采用床頭箱固定在進給滑板上工件進給，車刀及砂輪作往復結構布局，車刀置砂輪前面; ? 工件進給滑板及砂輪工作臺滑板采用高剛度十字交叉滾珠導軌; ? 工件進給由伺服電機經聯(lián)軸器帶動高精度滾珠絲桿副來實現，進給和補償為同一傳動鏈，結構緊湊，精度高; 工件主軸采用箱體主軸結構，主軸軸承采用日本光洋高精度成對軸承，回轉精度高，穩(wěn)定性好，主軸回轉采用變頻調速; 機床配有防水全封閉罩殼，觀察窗保證長期觀察清晰，耐油污并保證砂輪破碎后不飛濺傷人; 機床采用后置電器箱和前置回轉式操作臺以及獨立的循環(huán)啟動按鈕。電箱帶熱交換器，以及確保在高溫期間正常運行: 機床可據加工零件設計制作專用夾具: 機床采用西門子808D數控系統(tǒng)，用戶如有特殊要求可選用其他控制系統(tǒng); ?
